Updates: nine notices, three of which move money
LoongBuy publishes its notices in three dated columns on its home page: Logistics Updates, Promotions and Announcements. There are no standalone pages for them, so every link on this page lands on the home page where the columns are. Nine notices were visible on 10 October 2026. Three change what a parcel costs: the route rate restructuring of 21 March 2026, the EU per-line duty in force since 1 July 2026, and the China Post suspension of 29 June 2026.
The rest are context and promotions. Promotions are logged here with their dates and never quoted as current values. Below the timeline: what changed in the help centre between late May and October, the community channels and how this guide uses them, and the change log for the guide itself.
The nine notices by date, each with what it means for a first parcel
Dates are the posting dates shown on the home page. Where a notice took effect on another day, the stamp says so.
Rate structure adjusted on six routesin force 21 Mar 2026
Weight-tier pricing changed on EU DHL-B, EMS, CA-Package-F, CA-Package-FD, CH DPD-F and MX-Package-F, effective immediately. For a beginner: the quote in the system is the price; any table you find elsewhere, including the one on the routes page here, is a snapshot.
System upgrade noticecontext
A maintenance notice. It changes nothing about cost; it is listed because the column is reproduced in full.
Christmas sale, still in the columnpromotion
A promotion that sits in the Promotions column with a March date. Whatever it offered, it is not current, which is the point of this log.
Anti-fraud noticesafety
Scammers were impersonating LoongBuy on WhatsApp and asking for extra payments. The notice sets four rules, the key one being that the only valid way to pay is inside the website after logging in. For a beginner: no message outside the site is ever a bill.
EU low-value parcel dutyin force 1 Jul 2026
From 1 July 2026, B2C parcels into the EU at EUR 150 or less pay a temporary duty of EUR 3 per declared product category or customs declaration line, assessed by HS code. For a beginner: the number of categories in the box is now a cost, and this guide's counter exists because of this notice.
China Post to the EU-27 suspendedin force 29 Jun 2026
All China Post options to the 27 member states removed, effective immediately, resumption to be announced. For a beginner in the EU: the postal family of routes is gone for now; plan with the special lines and the commercial carriers.
App launch and second anniversary rewardspromotion
LoongBuy released its app and ran a rewards festival for its second anniversary. For a beginner: the app exists; the rewards were for a window that the notice dates.
Back-to-school discountpromotion
A percentage discount posted in the Promotions column. Logged with its date; the value is not repeated here as a current fact.
National Day holiday schedulecontext
A holiday notice for the warehouse and support team around 1 October. For a beginner: inspection and dispatch pause on Chinese public holidays; plan the shipping payment around them.
What changed in the help centre between 26 May and 10 October 2026
This guide keeps an earlier edition of LoongBuy's help pages as they stood on 26 May 2026. Five things read differently now. Each is a reason not to trust a guide that was written in spring.
- 01
Storage fee basis
The earlier text charged RMB 0.1 per item per day after the free period. The Storage page of 21 April 2026 charges RMB 0.1 per kilogram per day with a minimum of RMB 0.1 per item per day, states a volume factor of 8000 and a 180-day limit.
- 02
Volumetric divisor
One formula with 5000 in the earlier text. The Parcel and Billing Rules page now gives divisors per route, 6000 for UPS-F and 8000 for DHL-B, and says postal lines usually charge actual weight.
- 03
Duty-free thresholds
The earlier text carried a table of country thresholds beginning with 800 US dollars for the United States. The Customs and Taxes page carries no table and says some countries, the United States among them, have adjusted or removed their thresholds. For the EU the per-line duty has applied since 1 July 2026.
- 04
QC photo count
The earlier text gave no number. The Inspection Information page of 4 September 2026 gives three to seven standard photos and up to three free extras where offered.
- 05
Payment fees
The earlier text printed a fee per method, such as 3.3 percent plus 0.30 dollars for PayPal. The Payment and Top Up page now lists methods by family and sends you to the payment page for the fee that applies, while the method list has grown to local methods in a dozen countries and cryptocurrency.
Promotions are logged, never quoted as facts
Three promotions sat in the column on 10 October 2026: a back-to-school discount posted 5 August 2026, an app launch and anniversary rewards festival posted 6 July 2026, and a Christmas sale carrying a March date. The carousel above the columns showed a new-user coupon value on its fourth banner, and on 31 July 2026 a registration offer combined a percentage discount with shipping vouchers. None of those numbers appears anywhere on this guide as a price, because each was true for a window and the window is not stated.
What does not change is the mechanism, which is worth knowing: coupons offset the international shipping fee only, one per parcel; points can offset up to 10 percent of that fee and expire after 365 days; a welcome offer cannot be applied to the goods payment. So a promotion is a discount on the second payment, never the first, and its value to you depends on the weight of the box.

Community channels, and how this guide uses them
LoongBuy runs an official Discord server and points to its feedback channel from the Contact Us page. Buyers also compare notes on forums and subreddits that neither LoongBuy nor this guide controls. We read them. We do not quote them, publish ratings drawn from them, or repeat an experience we cannot reproduce, because a thread is evidence that something happened once to someone, and a guide needs more than that.
What we log instead is what we can test ourselves: that the invitation link lands on a registration page with the code already filled in, checked on 10 October 2026; that the dollar price at checkout sat about 8.9 percent above a mid-market conversion on 31 July 2026; that seven routes quoted the figures on the routes page on 12 September 2026. If you can reproduce something we have not, write to [email protected] and we will try it.
Change log for this guide
