Who runs this guide, and how it is paid for
LoongBuy Spreadsheet is an independent guide to buying through LoongBuy, built around a catalogue of product cards sorted into sixteen categories and one idea: that the category mix of a parcel is a customs decision. It is written by an independent editorial guide and holds no stock, sells nothing, and cannot see, change or speed up an order.
It is paid for in one way. The LoongBuy links on this site carry an invitation code, and when a reader opens an account through one of them and buys, LoongBuy pays this site a commission. The code was tested on 10 October 2026: the registration page arrives with it filled in. The commission does not change what you pay, and it does not change what this guide says, which is why the guide includes a list of cases in which another agent is the right tool.
The site is not LoongBuy and LoongBuy did not write it. The operator of loongbuy.com is LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED; the operator of this guide can be reached at [email protected].
How a sentence gets onto this site
Six rules. They are slower than the alternative, and they are the difference between a guide and an advert with a search box.
- 01
Official pages and our own measurements, nothing else
Every policy fact comes from a LoongBuy page or notice, named and dated. Every other number is something we measured ourselves on a stated day: an exchange margin, a route quote, a link test.
- 02
A date on every figure
Storage days, photo counts, duty per line, route prices: each carries the day it was read. An undated number on this site is a bug, and the updates page says how to report it.
- 03
Promotions described, never priced
Coupon values and discount percentages are logged with their posting date and the mechanism behind them. The value is only true on the official page on the day you look.
- 04
No rankings
This guide does not say which agent is best or safest, or which route costs least. It says what to compare and where the comparison is printed.
- 05
No invented pictures
Every image is an official screenshot, a catalogue product image or a figure rendered from the text on this site. Nothing is drawn to look like a photo, and every alt text describes what the picture shows.
- 06
Rechecks on a calendar
Each fact has a review interval, shorter for the ones LoongBuy itself calls temporary. A recheck that finds no change is logged as well.
What this guide will not publish
Coupon values and welcome-pack amounts as if they were prices. Claims about whether an item is genuine, which the warehouse does not judge and we cannot. Comparisons that end with a winner. Anything about an order we cannot see, including yours. Stock levels, delivery promises and customs outcomes, all of which belong to the seller, the carrier and the border respectively. Fee tables copied from an older edition of a page when the current one no longer prints them.
Two things we publish that most guides do not: a product-category planner that explains why tariff classification must be checked separately, and a list of the cases in which LoongBuy is the wrong tool. Both cost us readers. Both are the reason to trust the rest.
Getting a correction made
Four steps, and the first is yours.
Send the sentence
Email [email protected] with the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong, and if you have it, the official page that contradicts it.
We check it against the official page
Same day where the page is reachable. If LoongBuy's page has changed since we read it, the new reading is dated and the old one is noted.
We fix it and log it
The page is corrected and the change appears in the log on the updates page with the date. We do not silently edit.
If we disagree, we say so
Where a reading is genuinely ambiguous, the page says that it is ambiguous and quotes the official text so you can read it yourself.
