LoongBuy: a buying agent with a registered address and a short list of marketplaces
LoongBuy is a shopping agent that buys from Chinese marketplaces on your behalf, receives the goods at its own warehouse, inspects and photographs them, and ships them to you as one parcel. The operator is LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED, registration number 76689549, with a registered address in San Po Kong, Kowloon, and a footer that dates the site from 2012.
Its home page names Taobao, 1688 and Weidian as the marketplaces it buys from, and its search bar takes a product link, a product name or a store link. An app followed in July 2026. What it charges, in its own words: the product cost, the international shipping fee and customs-related fees, with no purchasing service fee on top at the time of reading.
The four steps, in the operator's words and in yours

The home page prints four steps under Shop Easily with LoongBuy. The first sentence of each item below is the official one; the rest is what the step asks of you.
Submit Order
Paste the product link and pay; LoongBuy places the order with the seller for you. Your part: pick the variant on the marketplace page, not from memory, and pay for the goods and the freight inside China. Nothing international has been charged yet.
QC and Storage
The goods reach the warehouse, are inspected and photographed item by item, then stored. Your part: read the photos against the listing within the 90 free days, request extra photos or a return to the seller if needed, and decide what ships together.
International Shipping
Choose the stored items to ship, pay the international fee, and the warehouse packs and dispatches. Your part: run the estimator first, read the restriction flags, declare a value you can defend, and expect the fee to be corrected after packing.
Global Delivery
Track the parcel online until it arrives. Your part: duty if the destination charges it, a look at the box before signing, and photos before unpacking.
What is the same as any agent, what is different, and when to use another
Three honest lists. The second names the official page behind every claim; the third is the one that costs this guide money to write.
- 01
The same as any agent
Two payments, goods first and shipping later. Photos after arrival. A free storage window for consolidation. Chargeable weight as the greater of actual and volumetric. Duty paid by the recipient. If an agent tells you otherwise about any of these, read the small print, because the economics do not allow it.
- 02
Different here, with the page that says so
A zero service fee mode, stated in the FAQ. 90 free days and a 180-day limit, on the Storage page. Three to seven standard photos and up to three free extras, on the Inspection Information page updated 4 September 2026. A RMB 20 parcel rehearsal that is credited back on shipping. A refund page that explains where money lands and why. An anti-fraud notice that names the only valid way to pay. A named company, a registration number and a street address in the footer.
- 03
When another agent is the right tool
If an electronic item must be tested powered on, since the function check is listed as Coming Later. If your destination returns no route, for instance an island the estimator treats as special. If you need China Post to an EU country, suspended since 29 June 2026. If you want a refund sent to a card of your choosing, since refund routes are fixed. If you need a withdrawal faster than the twice-monthly batches. None of these is a complaint; each is a limit the operator prints itself.
Who answers, when, and where the company is
Live chat runs 9:00 to 18:30 Beijing time, Monday to Saturday, for order, parcel, payment and after-sales questions. The customer service email is [email protected]; [email protected] is for cooperation only and will redirect anything else. The official Discord server has a feedback channel the Contact Us page points to. The company block gives the legal name, registration number 76689549 and the address: Flat E15, 10/F, Wong King Industrial Building, 2-4 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
Beijing time matters more than it looks. A question sent from Europe at midday arrives in the last hour of the chat window; one sent from the US West Coast in the evening arrives before it opens. Email does not care.
How to ask so the answer comes back the first time

Eight signs of a trustworthy agent, checked against this one
A list you can run against any agent in ten minutes, with what LoongBuy showed for each on 10 October 2026. None of the eight is a guarantee; together they tell you whether there is anyone to hold to a promise.
| Sign | What to look for | On LoongBuy |
|---|---|---|
| A legal entity | A company name, not only a brand | LOONGBUY TECHNOLOGY (HK) CO., LIMITED, in the footer |
| An address and a registration number | Both, and matching | Registration 76689549; San Po Kong, Kowloon |
| A published inspection scope | What is checked and, more telling, what is not | Inspection Information page, updated 4 September 2026, with exclusions per row |
| A refund policy with destinations | Where money lands for each payment method | Withdrawal and Refund page, updated 14 April 2026 |
| An anti-fraud statement | The only valid way to pay, stated | Notice of 27 April 2026 |
| Dated notices | Policy changes with dates and effect | Home page columns; nine notices in 2026 |
| Stated support hours | A window and a time zone | 9:00 to 18:30 Beijing time, Monday to Saturday |
| Update dates on help pages | Every page stamped | Visible on each page; the newest is 4 September 2026 |
LoongBuy is currently in a 0 service fee mode.

Other agents exist, and the way to compare them is by page, not by promise
There are dozens of agents and this guide ranks none of them. What it can tell you is what to compare, because the differences that cost money are all on policy pages: the fee model and where the margin sits; free storage days and the limit after them; the standard photo count and what the add-ons cost; the volumetric divisors by route; the route list for your own country; the wallet and refund rules; and whether notices carry dates. Coupons and welcome packs are not on the list, because they change weekly and are designed to be compared.
Run the eight signs above on the second agent. Then compare the inspection exclusions row by row, because that is where two agents that look identical differ. Then run the same estimator exercise for the same box and the same destination on both. Twenty minutes, and you will have done more than most reviews.
Questions about the agent itself
Short answers, each with its page.
01Is LoongBuy the seller?
No. It buys from the marketplace seller you chose, receives the goods at its warehouse, inspects and photographs them, and ships them. The seller's terms govern the item; LoongBuy's pages govern the warehouse and the parcel.
02Is this site LoongBuy?
No. This is an independent partner guide. Its links carry an invitation code that pays the site a commission when a reader opens an account and buys. It cannot see, change or speed up an order. The about page has the rest.
03Which marketplaces does LoongBuy buy from?
Its home page title names Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, and its search bar accepts a product link, a product name or a store link. A marketplace link is the only input that lands on the exact item.
04Does LoongBuy charge a service fee?
Its FAQ says it is currently in a zero service fee mode, charging the product cost, the international shipping fee and customs-related fees, plus any add-ons you choose. On the days we measured, the margin sat in the exchange rate instead; the money page has the figures.
05When is an agent the wrong tool altogether?
When the item is on the prohibited list, when the destination returns no route, or when a single item is sold by a shop that ships to your country directly. An agent earns its place through consolidation and inspection, and one small item needs neither.
