03 / Notices

Three notices that changed what a parcel costs, in order of effect

LoongBuy publishes its logistics changes on the home page with a date. These are the three from 2026 that move money, listed by the day they took effect rather than the day they were posted.

  1. Rate structure changed on six routes21 Mar 2026

    Weight-tier pricing was adjusted on EU DHL-B, EMS, CA-Package-F, CA-Package-FD, CH DPD-F and MX-Package-F, effective immediately. The notice tells you to treat the live quote in the system as the only valid price.

  2. China Post suspended to all 27 EU member states29 Jun 2026

    The 29 June notice recorded a suspension of China Post services to EU destinations. Check the live route list before dispatch to see whether service has resumed; this dated notice does not establish current availability.

  3. EU parcels under EUR 150 lose their exemption24 Jun 2026

    The temporary EU duty uses tariff subheadings, not this site’s broad shopping categories. Material and construction can separate two items that look similar. Confirm the actual classification before applying the per-category amount.

What is the LoongBuy agent?

LoongBuy purchases from Chinese sellers for you, receives and photographs the goods, stores them and arranges international delivery.

How to use LoongBuy

Confirm the listing options and first payment, review warehouse QC, choose a parcel route and pay international shipping separately. Track the parcel and keep delivery evidence if support is needed.

  1. Submit Order

    Paste the product link and pay. LoongBuy buys the item from the seller on your behalf. This payment covers the goods and the freight inside China.

  2. QC and Storage

    The parcel reaches the LoongBuy warehouse, each item is inspected and photographed, then stored. Standard inspection yields three to seven photos and the item sits in free storage for 90 days counted from the day its status becomes Warehoused.

  3. International Shipping

    You decide which stored items share a box, select a route and pay the international freight. The amount at this step is an estimate; the final charge follows the packed weight.

  4. Global Delivery

    Tracking runs online until the parcel is at your door. Customs, where it applies, happens here and is paid by you, not by LoongBuy.

Money leaves twice, and the second time is later

LoongBuy's own FAQ puts it in one sentence: in most cases you pay twice, first for the goods and second for the international shipping. It also says it runs a zero service fee model, so there is no purchasing commission between the two.

What sits between the two payments is the part that decides your total. The shipping estimate at submission is a prepayment; the warehouse weighs the packed box and the system charges the difference or refunds it. Any duty is a third bill, paid at your end.

What the warehouse looks at before anything ships

The six promises on the official trust strip are broad. The Inspection Information page is narrow, and the narrow version is the one to plan around: the warehouse records what is visible on arrival, photographs it, and explicitly does not judge authenticity, material, fit or whether an electronic item powers on.

That scope is per category, and it is where a product card's gaps get closed or do not. The checks page walks through it.
