LoongBuy SpreadsheetPartner guide, with the official catalogue in mind

What the LoongBuy Spreadsheet is, and what a card tells you

The word is old. What it names today is a catalogue of product cards, sorted by category, each pointing at one listing on a Chinese marketplace. A card carries a photo, a seller-written title, the marketplace behind it and a link. Nobody on this side has bought, worn or measured what it shows.

LoongBuy is the agent that turns that link into a parcel. Its search box takes a product link, a product name or a store link, and its home page names the marketplaces it buys from as Taobao, 1688 and Weidian. So the catalogue is where you choose; LoongBuy is where you pay, and the two never touch each other's job.

The third column is the official inspection scope, row by row, from the Inspection Information page LoongBuy updated on 4 September 2026. Caps and belts have no row of their own on that page; this guide files them under the accessories row and says so. The last column is the restricted list from the Shipping Restrictions page.

Perfume is a liquid, so it is restricted to specific routes and the bottle is never opened for inspection. Shipping Restrictions and Inspection Information pages, read 10 October 2026.

Please note that restricted does not necessarily mean absolutely forbidden. It means such goods may only be supported by certain shipping lines or may involve higher risks during transport, security checks, or customs clearance.

From a card to a LoongBuy order, without skipping a step

Five moves. The first two happen on the catalogue, the rest on loongbuy.com.

The LoongBuy search bar with placeholder text reading Product link or name or Store link, five marketplace marks, a Search button, three category chips and a three-step strip reading Select Items, Submit Parcel, Confirm Receipt
LoongBuy home page, read 10 October 2026.
  1. Open the card and read the title as the seller wrote it

Catalogue titles are seller text, truncated to fit. The words that survive are usually the colour and the cut, which is why a plain description finds more than a logo does.

  2. Copy the listing link, not the card

The card is an address book entry. What LoongBuy needs is the marketplace listing behind it.

  3. Paste it into the LoongBuy search box

The box accepts a product link, a product name or a store link, with five marketplace marks inside it. Of the three, only a link lands on the exact item.

  4. Pick the variant and the quantity, then pay for the goods

This is the first of the two payments: item price plus the freight inside China. Nothing international has been charged yet.

  5. Wait for the photos, then decide what ships together

Inspection photos arrive once the item is Warehoused. From that day the 90-day free storage clock runs, which is the window in which you combine items and count lines.

How this list is kept

Four habits, each of which costs time and none of which a reader can see unless they are written down.

  1. 01

Every address opened before it is published

Each of the sixteen category links and every official page cited here was loaded on the day stated in its caption. A link that dies gets replaced or removed, not left.

  2. 02

    A date on every figure

Storage days, photo counts, duty per line: each carries the official page it came from and the day we read it. A figure without a date on this site is a bug.

  3. 03

Rechecked on a schedule, not when something looks wrong

The policy facts have review dates. When a recheck finds nothing changed, that goes on the updates page too, because a log that only records bad months is indistinguishable from one nobody writes.

  4. 04

Promotions are never quoted as facts

Coupon values and discount percentages change between visits. The mechanism is explained; the number is only true on the official page on the day you look.

Six boxes headed Footwear, Apparel, Bags, Accessories, Fragrance and Electronics, each listing the categories this guide files under it
The six declaration groups this guide uses. The customs office decides by HS code; the groups are a conservative reading for planning a box.

How to judge any finds site, including this one

Pick three cards from three unrelated categories and click them. One dead destination tells you how the list is maintained faster than any about page.

Then look for a date next to each claim rather than a year in the footer. Then look for a sentence that costs the site money: a category it tells you not to order, a case where an agent is the wrong tool. If every answer is encouraging, you are reading an advert with a search box.

Hold this site to the same test. The about page says who writes it and how it is paid.
