Routes: what is left to choose from, and what each choice weighs
On 29 June 2026 LoongBuy suspended every China Post option to all 27 EU member states, effective immediately and with no resumption date. For an EU buyer the shipping list is now the commercial carriers and the named special lines, and the price of each is set by the heavier of two weights: the one on the scale and the one worked out from the box.
This page is the logistics half of the shipping question. The duty half, which depends on what categories share the box, has its own page. Here: the route families that exist, how the estimator reads before you buy anything, what seven routes were quoting on one day in September, and what happens from dispatch to doorstep.
Three route families, and the one the June notice emptied
LoongBuy does not publish a route catalogue. The names below are the ones that appear on its own notices, its billing page and the quote list, which is the only honest way to describe the list without pretending to see all of it.

Express by the big carriers
UPS-F and DHL-B appear by name on the Parcel and Billing Rules page, each with its own volumetric divisor, 6000 and 8000. They are fast and tracked end to end. The Customs and Taxes page also lists commercial couriers such as DHL and UPS among the things that raise the chance of an inspection.

Special lines that end in F
EU DHL-F, EU-DPD-F, FR-Colissimo-F, IT-Poste Italiane-F, ES-CTT-F, CH DPD-F, CA-Package-F: the names carry the carrier of the final leg, and these were the routes quoting for EU destinations on 12 September 2026. Two of them, CH DPD-F and CA-Package-F, were among the six routes whose weight tiers were restructured on 21 March 2026, with the live quote declared the only valid price.

Charged by actual weight in most cases, the billing page says. This is the family the June notice emptied for the EU: every China Post option to the 27 states is gone from the list until a new notice says otherwise.

What the filter does before you choose
The list you see is already shortened. The system removes any route that cannot carry one of the items in the parcel, using the restriction tags the warehouse attached at inspection. A bottle of perfume or a watch shortens the list before price enters it.
Reading the estimator before anything is bought
The estimator sits on the LoongBuy front page under Estimation and needs no account. Read it before you pay for the goods, not after they are in the warehouse.
Enter the destination, an estimated weight and the box dimensions
The Shipping Fee Estimation page says what you get back: the available shipping options and the approximate cost. In its own metadata, read on 29 July 2026, each item is also tagged by kind, such as general cargo, ordinary brand, international brand, luxury brand or built-in battery, and the tags decide which lines will take the parcel.
Read the list as a diagnosis, not a menu
The same page explains two short lists. One route only means the address and the parcel match nothing else, and a large parcel should be split. No route means the goods are too many or too bulky, or the destination is special; the page names Reunion Island and the Canary Islands as examples.
Know which weight you are paying for
Chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length times width times height divided by a factor that depends on the route: 6000 for UPS-F, 8000 for DHL-B, from the Parcel and Billing Rules page of 14 April 2026. EMS, air small packets and SAL are usually charged by actual weight.
Rehearse the parcel if the answer matters
A parcel rehearsal costs RMB 20, paid in advance. If the parcel is then submitted and shipped, the RMB 20 comes off the shipping fee; if you cancel after the rehearsal, it is not refunded. The page says a rehearsal is usually completed within one working day.
Pay the estimate and expect a correction
The figure at submission is a prepayment. After packing, the warehouse measures the box and the system charges the difference or refunds it to your account. Cancelling after the warehouse has packed and quoted may cost a handling fee.
Seven routes, four weight bands, one date
Selling prices in yuan as quoted on 12 September 2026 for parcels to the countries named. They are printed for their shape, not their value: the first half kilo is the expensive one on every route, and the gap between two routes to the same country is wider than the gap between weights. The notice of 21 March 2026 says the live figure in the system is the only valid quotation, and this guide treats these numbers as expired the day after they were read.

What the restricted list does to the route list
The Shipping Restrictions page, updated 14 April 2026, sorts goods into three classes: prohibited, which no route carries; restricted or sensitive, which only some routes carry and sometimes only in limited quantity or form; and goods that are fine in themselves but blocked on a route by size, weight, length or destination rules. Restricted does not mean forbidden, the page says, but it does mean fewer routes and more risk at security and customs.
Tags are attached at the warehouse after inspection, and the parcel form uses all of them at once.
When you submit a parcel, the system will automatically filter and display available international shipping routes according to the restriction tags of all items in the parcel.

The named restricted categories include batteries, liquids, pastes and powders with perfume among them, food and medicine, branded goods, knives, adult products, CDs, wooden items, magnetic items, watches and eyewear. Four of the sixteen categories on this guide are on that list, which is why their tiles say so. The filter narrows the list; the page is explicit that it does not promise the parcel will clear.
From dispatch to doorstep, in the order it happens
Four stages after the warehouse hands the box over, each with the official page that governs it.

Tracking
Parcel, then Parcel Details, shows the line, the tracking number and the carrier updates. The Logistics Tracking page warns that updates can lag, can pause for days, and can differ between the carrier site and the platform page, and calls all of that normal. For a direct view, paste the number on the carrier's own site.
The final logistics status is subject to the actual update provided by the carrier.

Customs contact
If the destination charges duty, the recipient pays it and handles clearance; LoongBuy does not collect it and does not answer for the decision. Some routes require a personal tax ID or a business tax number at submission, so the Customs and Taxes page asks for it to be given truthfully.

Before you sign
Check the outer packaging before signing. If anything looks wrong, inspect on the spot and keep the carton, the tape and your own photos and videos. The FAQ and the Parcel Delivery Notes page both say this, in almost the same words.

After you sign
Damage or missing items found after signing go to customer service as soon as possible, with photos of the outer packaging, photos of the goods and proof of delivery. The delivery notes page lists the cases in which a claim cannot proceed, and missing materials is one of them.
Route questions from readers

01My parcel to Spain was only offered one route. Is something wrong?
Not wrong, but worth reading. The Shipping Fee Estimation page says a single route means your address and parcel match nothing else, and recommends splitting a large parcel. Check the restriction flags on the items first; one restricted item can be the reason.
02Which weight will I be charged for?
The greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight, from the Parcel and Billing Rules page of 14 April 2026. Volumetric weight divides length by width by height by 6000 on UPS-F and 8000 on DHL-B; postal lines usually charge the scale weight.
03Can I still send a parcel to Poland by China Post?
Not at the time of writing. The notice of 29 June 2026 suspended China Post services to all 27 EU member states, Poland included, and said resumption would be announced separately.
04The estimate and the final shipping fee differ. Which one is real?
The final one. The estimate at submission is a prepayment on an estimated weight; after packing, the measured weight sets the fee and the difference is refunded or charged. The notice of 21 March 2026 adds that the system quote is the only valid one.
05The tracking has not moved for a week.
The Logistics Tracking page lists delayed updates, gaps of several days and mismatches between the carrier site and the platform page as normal in international transit, and says the carrier's own record is the final status. Check the number on the carrier's site before opening a ticket.
